Britt Killian (she/her) serves as an Assistant University Counsel to the University within the Office of the General Counsel.  Britt provides legal services in connection with a wide range of issues affecting university affairs, student life and campus services.

Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Britt spent almost a decade litigating complex business disputes on behalf of public and private companies throughout the nation in both state and federal courts.  Her practice focused on matters involving contract disputes, business torts, unfair competition, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, intellectual property, and real estate issues.  In addition, she maintained an appellate practice on behalf of companies and high net worth individuals.

Britt earned her BA as a double major in Philosophy and Women and Gender Studies, magna cum laude, from Simmons College and her JD from Northeastern University School of Law.
