Patrick Nevins serves as an Attorney to the University, focusing on commercial and transactional matters. Patrick provides advice on financial and business transactions affecting the University, as well as guidance on statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to strategic and operational initiatives of the University, including private sector partnerships.
Prior to joining the University, he was in private practice in the New Haven office of Wiggin and Dana LLP. While in private practice, Patrick represented clients in a variety of industries on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on complex technology transactions and intellectual property matters.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was the Executive Editor of the Law Review.
